Mona Biswarupa's works take inspiration from Nature, Folk, and the Feminine. Mona is also greatly inspired by the Japanese aesthetic Wabi-sabi and in her unique style she uses gracefully flowing lines, contrasting colors, and overlayed textures to celebrate the glorious imperfections of beauty. There is an aura of tranquility and bliss in her works which makes them not only a treat for the eyes but also for the soul.
